On July 1, 2024, a Cabinet Decision was made regarding the Partial Amendment to the Aviation Act Enforcement Order. This amendment delegates some authority from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to the Minister of Defense for reporting and other matters related to flight plans of aircraft departing from Saga Airport, including self-defense forces' aircraft.
