"On 13/12/2024, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) issued an update regarding Cabinet Decision on Amendments to the Basic Policy on Quality Assurance Act and Guidelines for Improving Contract Law. The amendments aim to ensure that the construction industry can continue to fulfill its role as 'protector of the community' by introducing new specific measures for public works clients."
