On 03/10/2024, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) issued an update regarding Board of Regulators elects new BEREC Chair for 2026. Marko Mišmaš, Director of the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia (AKOS), was elected as the incoming BEREC Chair for 2026, succeeding in a one-year term after serving as Vice-Chair.
