On 04/02/2025, the Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) issued an update regarding Belarus: tax treaties. The UK has suspended the Double Taxation Convention with Belarus due to its unlawful action in March 2024, and will revoke legislation giving effect to it from April 2025.
