中航集团:组织开展第二轮内部巡视来源：中央纪委国家监委网站发布时间： 2024-04-12 11:00 分享　　近日，中国航空集团有限公司党组第二轮内部巡视动员部署会议召开。集团董事长、党组书记、巡视工作领导小组组长马崇贤作动员讲话，党组副书记、总经理、巡视工作领导小组副组长王明远宣布巡视组组长授权任职和任务分工的决定，纪检监察组组长、党组成员、巡视工作领导小组副组长谭焕民主持会议。　　会议强调，要胸怀“国之大者”，精准有效发现问题、查找偏差，督促被巡视单位党委聚焦加快建设世界一流企业发展新质生产力，以履职尽责的实际行动践行“两个维护”。要从落实总体国家安全观的高度，深入查找重大风险隐患，促进被巡视单位党委深化落实安全政治责任，坚决确保“两个绝对安全”。要深入了解被巡视单位党委落实全面从严治党主体责任情况，抓住“一把手”这个关键加强监督检查，把严的基调、严的措施、严的氛围强烈传导下去、一贯到底。要把督促落实中央巡视整改作为重中之重，与监督落实内部巡视整改、审计整改等结合起来，深入了解整改主体责任和监督责任落实情况，督促被巡视单位党委以抓好巡视整改的自觉行动和扎实成效，体现和检验对党忠诚。　　会议指出，本轮巡视是中航集团党组接受二十届中央巡视后开展的首轮内部巡视，要以高度的政治责任感和使命感履职尽责，坚持高标准、严要求，学习借鉴中央巡视做法，突出政治巡视定位，加强组织领导和工作统筹，扎实有序推进各环节工作，提升规范化法治化正规化水平，在做实政治监督中彰显担当作为。　　根据集团党组统一部署，本轮巡视派出2个巡视组对山东航空集团有限公司、中翼航空投资有限公司、中航集团（国航股份）集中采购部3家单位党委开展常规巡视。巡视期间，集团党组巡视机构会同纪检监察组同步开展工程建设及采购领域廉洁风险防控专项检查，会同审计部对集中采购部开展经济责任审计，协同航空安全管理部同步推进山东航空集团有限公司内部巡视与安全审计，并对山东航空集团有限公司、中翼航空投资有限公司党委巡察工作开展专项检查。　　截至4月2日下午，巡视组均已完成进驻工作，集团分管领导分别出席3家单位党委进驻动员会并作动员。各巡视组组长对巡视重点任务和工作安排、巡视工作纪律以及巡视组联系方式等情况进行通报并提出具体要求。（中航集团纪检监察组 || 责任编辑王小宁）
