On March 25, 2025, the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) issued a note authorizing TRANSPA's access to electric power transport capacity in Chubut. This authorization was requested by Aluar Aluminio Argentino for connecting their Parque Eólico La Flecha, with a total capacity of 312 MW, to their plant in Puerto Madryn, Chubut.
