"On December 17, 2024, the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) issued an update regarding Authorization for access to the capacity of electric energy transport in Comodoro Rivadavia. The ENRE authorized the requested access to the transportation capacity for a new demand of 20 MW at Valle Hermoso Transformer Station, as per the request of Sociedad Cooperativa Popular Limitada de Comodoro Rivadavia. This authorization was granted after the deadline set by Resolution N° 939/2024 expired."
