On 16/01/2025, the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) issued an update regarding Authorization for access to the capacity of electric energy transport in Chaco. The entity granted MSU Green Energy access to the capacity of transportation of electrical energy requested for its Parque Solar Fotovoltaico Charata I, a 15 MW solar park located in the Department 12 of Octubre, Province of Chaco. This authorization was given after the deadline set by Resolution Nº 1082/2024 expired, allowing MSU Green Energy to strictly comply with Article 5 of that norm.
