"On 26/11/2024, the Federal Court of Auditors (Tribunal de Contas da União – TCU) issued an update regarding Audit finds lack of entity responsibility for national cybersecurity. The audit found that 69% of organizations in the Sistema de Administração dos Recursos de Tecnologia da Informação (Sisp) have a low level of cyber maturity, and there is no entity responsible for consolidating information or guiding cybersecurity activity nationwide."
