On September 2024, the ARCEP's dispute settlement formation was seized by Valocîme regarding disputes with mobile telephone operators Bouygues Telecom, Orange and SFR. The ARCEP has rejected Valocîme’s requests, considering that it is not competent to rule on a refusal by an operator to access infrastructure provided by a tower company or to impose the use of its own infrastructure to an operator.
