"On 29/11/2024, the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority issued an update regarding APRA statement on Cbus independent review. The final report of the independent expert has been received by APRA and Cbus is now required to publish the report under licence conditions imposed in August 2024. This requirement addresses prudential concerns regarding Cbus's assessment of responsible persons' fitness and propriety, as well as fund expenditure management."
