Anvisa and American pharmacopeia sign a new memorandum of understanding

On March 13, 2025, the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) and the American pharmacopeia signed a new memorandum of understanding. The agreement aims to strengthen ties and promote cooperative activities between the two organizations, with a focus on technical assistance, scientific collaboration, and shared information on monographs and methods. This partnership is expected to enhance the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia and Anvisa's regulatory performance over the next 5 years.
