The Autoridade Nacional de Proteu00e7u00e3o de Dados (ANPD) has opened a public consultation to gather input for the development of a regulation on the rights of individuals with personal data. The public can submit comments until March 4, 2024, through the Opine Aqui space on the Participa+Brasil platform. The aims of the regulation are to define the format, timelines, and operationalization of exercising rights by data holders, as well as the procedures for controllers to operationalize these rights.
