ANPD implements its own electronic process system

The Autoridade Nacional de Proteu00e7u00e3o de Dados (ANPD) has launched a new webpage for external users to petition and consult information on electronic processes. The new system, known as SUPER/ANPD, is designed to enhance institutional autonomy and allows for more efficient processing of documents. External users will need to register with a new account, which also presents an opportunity to update the list of authorized representatives. The new system will feature modules for search and representation, with public search and corporate representation modules to be launched soon.
