On April 5, 2023, the General Coordination of Inspection (CGF) of the National Authority for Data Protection (ANPD) notified RaiaDrogasil pharmacy network, Stix loyalty program, and Febrafar about the results of their inspection process since May 2023. The CGF decided to apply preventive measures against RaiaDrogasil and Febrafar, and initiate an administrative disciplinary proceeding against RaiaDrogasil for possible infractions related to the creation of behavioral profiles using sensitive personal data.
