ANEEL regulates refund to ICMS consumers charged more by energy distributors

On 22/07, the National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) issued an update regarding ANEEL regulates refund to ICMS consumers charged more by energy distributors. The agency defined the methodology for returning credits to consumers from distributors who won in court the right to exclude ICMS from the calculation base for PIS/Pasep and Cofins payments, reducing tariffs with these values.
