On May 20, 2024, the National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) approved the result of Consulta Pública nº 23/2024. The resolution, which affects the Módulo 5 das Regras de Transmissão, has a starting date of January 1, 2026, with exceptions for the application of the Guarantee Payment and Guarantee of Payment and Credit.
