"On December 3, 2024, the National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL) approved the adaptation of the procedure for importing and exporting electricity. This decision concludes Consulta Pública 26/2024 and aligns with Decree nº 11.577, which established the New Unified Portal for Foreign Trade to modernize, simplify, and reduce costs in import/export processes."
