"On August 7, 2023, the Board of Directors of Anatel approved the first quinquennial review of the Structural Plan for Telecommunications Networks, PERT 2025-2029. This update adopts a paradigm of 'universal and significant connectivity', expanding its scope to evaluate five essential enablers: availability and quality of infrastructure, affordable cost, access to devices, digital skills, and connection security."
