Brief

On January 20, 2025, the National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) issued an update regarding Amendment to Decree 2126/71. The update involves the simplification and acceleration of sanitary management for food imports and exports through a new decree (35/2025), which modifies the regulation of the Argentine Food Code.
