Brief
On 31/01/2025, the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology issued an update regarding AI Cyber Security Code of Practice. This document sets out baseline cyber security principles to help secure AI systems and organisations developing and deploying them, addressing growing cyber threats and protecting citizens' digital economy benefits. The code was updated following global stakeholder feedback and will be used as the basis for a new global standard in the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
