Additions and Modifications to the Entity List; Removals from the Validated End-User (VEU) Program

"On December 02, 2024, the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security issued an update regarding Additions and Modifications to the Entity List; Removals from the Validated End-User (VEU) Program. This update adds 140 entities to the Entity List, including those under China, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, for aiding in the development or production of advanced-node integrated circuits for military end use."
