On 10/04/2025, the "European Court of Justice (ECJ)" issued an update regarding "Action for damages against Frontex: AG Norkus analyses the allocation of the burden of proof in relation to the existence of damage in collective expulsion cases". Advocate General Rimvydas Norkus presented two options for consideration by the Court, either rejecting the appeal or annuling the General Court Order and referring the case back. The judgment will be given at a later date.
