On March 11, 2025, the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia issued a decision regarding "Administrative liability for illegal gratification from a legal entity in large quantities". A company, OOO "RZN FUD", was fined 10 million rubles for bribing a high-ranking official with over 1 million rubles. This is one of almost 500 similar cases from last year where companies were held accountable for corruption under Article 19.28 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses.
