On April 19, Dr. Silva presented on point 9 of the agenda for the meeting, discussing the "Review of Methodology for Evaluating the Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles G20/OCDE". He emphasized the importance of a flexible methodology tailored to each jurisdiction's needs for effective implementation of OECD corporate governance principles. The CNV's participation in this international forum reaffirms Argentina's commitment to strengthening corporate governance and adopting high international standards promoted by the OECD.
