30% of developers in the country use information modeling technologies

On July 1, 2024, all new projects in shared construction must be designed using information modeling technologies. As of January 1, 2025, implementing TIT became mandatory for construction and installation works. This change aims to increase efficiency, reduce paperwork by 85%, document processing time by 50%, and design errors by 80%. The use of TIT has the potential to grow significantly in 2025, particularly in the implementation of information modeling technologies in low-rise residential complexes.
