山西通报5起违反中央八项规定精神问题来源：中央纪委国家监委网站发布时间： 2024-02-01 16:30 分享　　中央纪委国家监委网站讯近日，山西省纪委监委公开通报5起违反中央八项规定精神问题典型案例，具体如下。　　 1.大同市供销合作社联合社党组书记、理事会主任刘立新外出考察期间违规借用管理服务对象车辆、违规报销有关费用等问题。2017年至2019年，刘立新带队赴外省考察期间，违规借用管理服务对象杨某某车辆供其个人使用，违规接受杨某某提供的高档住宿；重复报销考察期间产生的交通费、住宿费等相关费用。2023年10月，刘立新受到党内严重警告处分，违纪所得予以收缴。　　 2.忻州市神池县残疾人联合会理事长张永春违规收受礼品，违规接受宴请问题。2018年至2020年，张永春借组织残疾人技能培训之机，多次违规收受多名私营企业主赠送的烟酒等礼品；违规接受管理服务对象黄某某安排的宴请。2023年10月，张永春受到党内严重警告处分，违纪所得予以收缴。　　 3.吕梁市中阳县水利局四级调研员郝志军违规借用管理服务对象车辆，违规接受管理服务对象安排的旅游活动问题。2013年至2019年，郝志军长期违规借用管理服务对象高某某1台车辆供其个人使用。2018年，郝志军在中秋、国庆“两节”期间，违规接受管理服务对象高某某安排的赴西藏旅游活动。2023年11月，郝志军受到党内严重警告处分。　　 4.晋中市医疗保障局党组成员、副局长张勇违规收受礼品礼金、违规借用管理服务对象车辆问题。2013年至2021年，张勇借逢年过节之机，多次违规收受多名管理服务对象赠送的烟酒、购物卡等礼品和礼金。2019年至2023年，张勇长期违规借用管理服务对象郭某1台车辆供其个人使用。2023年10月，张勇受到党内严重警告处分，违纪所得予以收缴。　　 5.阳泉市工业和信息化局原二级调研员姬振良违规收受礼品、借公务之机违规旅游问题。2018年至2020年，姬振良借逢年过节之机，多次违规收受管理服务对象赠送的购物卡等礼品。2018年4月，姬振良带队赴外省考察期间，借机前往多个景区旅游，相关费用由管理服务对象某公司支付。2023年12月，姬振良受到党内严重警告处分，违纪所得予以收缴。（山西省纪委监委）
