The President of the Republic, Luiz Inu00e1cio Lula da Silva, has sanctioned the National Policy for Dignified and Categorical Work for People Living in Street Situation (PNTC PopRua). The policy aims to promote human rights and decent work for people living in street situations, focusing on income, professional qualification, and education. Key principles include respect for human dignity, valued and respected life and citizenship, establishment of decent working conditions, and promotion of equality of opportunities and non-discrimination.
