MDHC updates ordinance establishing Citizen Information Service

Summary:

The Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship's (MDHC) O Serviu00e7o de Informau00e7u00e3o ao Cidadu00e3o (SIC) will operate in Brasu00edlia, making information accessible to the public, with mechanisms for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The SIC will provide information and orientation through various channels, including electronic, postal, and telephone means, and will operate from 9am to 5pm. The service's main responsibilities include verifying information availability, redirecting demands, informing the public on how to access information, and receiving and forwarding requests through the Electronic Information System (SEI). The SIC is managed by the Transparency and Access to Information Coordination, linked to the Ministry's Internal Control Special Adviser.
