Справка Государственно-правового управления Федеральным законом приводятся в соответствие с требованиями действующего законодательства Российской Федерации отдельные положения федеральных законов «Об охране окружающей среды», «О водоснабжении и водоотведении» и других законодательных актов Российской Федерации, в частности, термин «экологический надзор» заменяется термином «экологический контроль (надзор)». Федеральным законом также уточняется порядок получения юридическими лицами
