Summary:

The Competition Board of Turkey has completed an investigation into a claim that Align Tech Turkey Tu00c4u00b1bbi Cihazlar Limited u00c5u015eirketi (Align Tech) violated Article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by abusing its dominant position through predatory pricing and market foreclosure through discount programs. Following a discussion on December 7, 2023, the Board decided that Align Tech did not violate Article 6 and therefore, no administrative fines will be imposed. The decision can be appealed before the Ankara Administrative Courts.
