Brief

On May 9, 2025, the Turkish Competition Authority made a decision accepting Herbalife's commitments application and terminating the investigation into internet sales restrictions, advertisement restrictions, and sale price fixing practices. The authority also ruled that Herbalife did not violate Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by fixing resale prices. This marks the conclusion of the investigation launched on August 15, 2024.
