ANVISA determines collection and seizure of irregular dietary supplements

"On August 25, 2025, Anvisa determined the collection and seizure of some dietary supplements that were in an irregular situation. The measure published in the Official Gazette of the Union determines the collection of supplements from Floral Ervas do Brasil Ltda., including Magnésio Dimalato, Magnésio Quelato, Expectos Mel, Lipo Magre, Max Beauty, Gestlac, Max Neural, and Digestivit, due to lack of stability studies and unauthorized marketing claims."
