Brief

On August 25, 2023, the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) issued an update regarding the transportation of liquids on international flights. The agency clarified that the rules for transporting liquids in hand luggage on international flights have been in effect since 2019 and were not changed, as per Resolution No. 515/2019. The guidelines require all liquids to be carried in containers with a capacity of up to 100ml, and any liquid exceeding this amount cannot be transported. The agency emphasized the importance of following these rules to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of passengers and crew members.
