Brief

On May 16, 2025, the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) issued an update regarding ACER monitoring. The agency assessed 130 projects of common interest and mutual interest, revealing that one third of electricity projects have been delayed or rescheduled due to implementation issues. Despite this, most projects are expected to be commissioned by 2030, with hydrogen projects progressing on time and over 90% expected to be commissioned in the same timeframe.
