On 11/06/2025, the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores, CNV) issued an update regarding Exceptions to the daily limit of $200mm for transfers of negotiable securities abroad are extended. This new exception allows the transfer of Treasury-issued securities with a minimum amortization period of 180 days and purchased in primary placement or auction without applying the daily limit, up to their nominal value subscribed.
