On July 23, 2025, the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) announced that feedback from Phase 2 engagement on Onshore Pipeline Regulations (OPR) and Filing Manuals (FM) is ready for viewing. This marks the conclusion of Phase 2, which began on June 17, 2024, and aimed to gather input on potential improvements to OPR and FM, as well as related guidance and internal processes. Feedback gathered during this phase will inform future updates to both OPR and FM.
