ED, Kolkata Zonal Office has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs. 296.28 Crore in the form of residential and commercial properties, land etc. located across West Bengal, Orissa and Jharkhand held in the name of Sanjay Kumar Sureka, the CMD of Concast Group and others under the provisions of PMLA, 2002, in connection with the case against M/s Concast Steel & Power Ltd. and others

On 05/05/2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Kolkata Zonal Office has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs. 296.28 Crore in the form of residential and commercial properties, land etc. located across West Bengal, Orissa and Jharkhand held in the name of Sanjay Kumar Sureka, the CMD of Concast Group and others under the provisions of PMLA, 2002, in connection with the case against M/s Concast Steel & Power Ltd. and others. This attachment is part of an ongoing investigation into fraudulent activities by Concast Steel and Power Limited.
