Investigation Conducted on Arzum Electric Home Appliances Industry and Trade Inc. (Arzum) Concluded with the setting and commitments procedures

On 20 February 2025, the Competition Board launched an investigation into Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (ARZUM) for violating Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. The investigation concluded with a settlement and commitments procedure. The investigation was terminated regarding region/customer restrictions placed on resellers, but ARZUM was found to have violated Article 4 by maintaining resale prices. A final administrative fine of 11,402,467.87 TL was imposed over its gross revenues in 2023.
