On June 10, 2025, the Central Bank of Russia issued an update regarding new regulations for lending to public-private partnership projects. The regulations will affect only projects where the Russian Federation or its subjects/municipalities with a national credit rating of not lower than "A" serve as the public side. These changes are planned to take effect from October 2026, and more details can be found in the Bank of Russia's report.
