"On April 27, 2023, a federal judge in Oregon sentenced two companies and their president for hazardous waste and Clean Air Act violations. The companies, J.H. Baxter & Co. Inc. and J.H. Baxter & Co., A California Limited Partnership, collectively agreed to pay $1.5 million in criminal fines, while the president, Georgia Baxter-Krause, was ordered to serve 90 days in prison."
