"On "09/04/2025", the "Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE)" confirmed a fine to the mayor of Viseu (PA) for maintaining promotional publications of his image on the official website of the City Hall during the prohibited period before the 2024 municipal elections. The fine, set at R$ 5,000, was maintained unanimously by the TSE, following the same understanding as the Electoral MP."
