On July 16, 2025, the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) issued an update regarding Resolution ENRE N° 492/2025: Application for expansion of the capacity to transport electricity in the province of Buenos Aires. EDENOR submitted a request to construct and operate a new substation, "Polledo", which will be connected to the existing high-tension line (LAT 619/620) connecting Pantanosa and Aeroclub substations.
