Chinese hospitals required to set up 24-hour emergency channel for children under 3

"On April 25, 2024, China's National Health Commission issued a circular requiring medical institutions to establish 24-hour green channels for acute and intensive treatment of children aged three and under. The government also supports hospitals in treating critically ill children via the green channels before payment is required, as part of a three-year campaign to improve pediatric care, mental health, and psychiatric services."
