On April 2023, the Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello, led a working meeting with Mercado Libre's executives to coordinate joint actions in employment and labor training. An agreement was signed to promote professional development and improve employability for unemployed people and beneficiaries of national employment programs. This collaboration sets a roadmap that enables Mercado Libre to access pre-selected profiles from the Subsecretariat of Employment and Labor Training, coming from the Volver al Trabajo and Programa de Inserción Laboral.
