Brief

On 19/06/2025, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued an update regarding Google and Alphabet v Commission. Advocate General Kokott proposes that the Court dismiss Google's appeal and uphold the judgment of the General Court, confirming a fine of €4.124 billion for abusing its dominant position by imposing anticompetitive contractual restrictions on manufacturers and operators.
