"On March 31, the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) announced a major oilfield discovery in the eastern South China Sea. The Huizhou 19-6 oilfield has proven reserves exceeding 100 million tonnes, marking a breakthrough in China's offshore oil exploration and demonstrating its potential for daily crude oil production of 413 barrels and natural gas production of 68,000 cubic meters."
