"On 5 May 2025, the European Data Protection Board issued an update regarding Opinion 9/2025 on the draft decision of the French Supervisory Authority regarding the Processor Binding Corporate Rules of the Worldline Group. The EDPB considered that the draft decision may be adopted as it is, since the draft BCR-P of the Worldline Group contains appropriate safeguards to ensure the level of protection of natural persons guaranteed by the GDPR."
