The Cre of CRE sanctions the company J.P. Morgan is for failure to communicate information necessary for the accomplishment of the CRE missions

On "27/05/2025", the "French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE)" issued an update regarding "The CoRDiS de la CRE sanctions la société J.P. Morgan SE for manquement à l’obligation de communication d’informations nécessaires à l’accomplissement des missions de la CRE". The Commission's Committee of Dispute Resolution and Sanctions (CoRDiS) imposed a fine of 500,000 euros on the company JPMSE for failing to provide necessary information. This is the first decision by CoRDiS related to this issue.
