On June 8, 2025, the Federal Revenue Service issued an update regarding Quarterly IRPJ and CSLL Debits: Impossibility of linking DCOMP in DCTFWeb. This update clarifies that quarterly IRPJ and CSLL debts eligible for quota division cannot have any credits linked to them in DCTFWeb, except for judicial suspensions, if the suspension linkage is made before quota division. Contribuents are being notified to refile DCTFWeb transmitted before September 7, 2025, with vinculações in debits eligible for quota division.
